Counselors trained domestically and overseas with abundantly clinical experience will help to deal with clients’ problems. We frequently handle cases with “workplace depression” and a “new type depression” increasing recently that are difficultly treated by drugs and cases with repeated absence from working.  As  symptoms of “depression”, “adjustment disorder” and “autonomic dystonia” don’t well respond to medical treatment,  HR staff are usually have difficulties in maintaining their  stable working attendances.

These symptoms are most likely caused by invulnerability of personal relations, growth problems, personality tendency, etc. and difficult to solve by adjustment of workplace environment.  ShenergyWorks counsels many cases with these mental disorders that cannot be treated well by doctors.  Distinguished from regular EAP providers, we prioritize treatment process more than one time assessment so that a relapse-free job retention ratio is significantly improved. Separating from industrial doctors, we help employees recover through psychotic therapies.  We handle employees with  psychological issues  and resolve the company’s mental health issues.

In addition, we provide the detailed reports of  employees under the consensus of each individual.

Coaching

Coaching is a conservation-based approach that encourages workers to positively act and enhance their spontaneous motivation. Coaching has been applied not only in sports but also in more and more workplaces as the guidance to workers recently. If a good coaching is properly applied, employees will more positively work and the organization will be activated.

Recently, at workplaces, there are more and more supervisors that fail to properly manage their staff such as supervisors that are afraid of the harassment and cannot give instructions well or ones that control their subordinates with their idealism, etc. Also, due to the direct impact of workers’ motivation at workplaces such as non-motivated young workers and low-motivated senior workers on the productivity, motivating employees becomes an important issue to the personnel department.
