Toyomi Sakai Founder

Toyomi Sakai holds a Master of Social Work from State University of New York, Stony Brook after attending the course of post baccalaureate psychology at Columbia University. She worked for Toyota Motor North America as Executive Assistant during in the USA.

After she returned to Japan in 2007, she worked for Advantage Risk Management where she was responsible for providing counseling and training for a variety of companies on various topics. She has worked in various clinical settings such as inpatients’ adult psychiatry, children’s welfare institution in the US. Her areas of interest and expertise include mood disorder, anxiety disorder, PTSD, sexual/physical abuse survivors, personality disorders, addictions, and cross-cultural issues. She is a certified Industrial counselor and a partner of WorkPlace Options.

Daisy Shimauchi

Daisy Shimauchi, is a New York State licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), holding a Master of Social Work degree from The State University of New York at Stony Brook. She completed social work internships at a psychiatric rehabilitation treatment program and a Chinese American Senior Services Center. After graduating, she worked as a member of the treatment team at one of New York City’s most comprehensive psychiatric inpatient facility, in which she provided counseling to patients and carried out suitable medical aftercare and social services referrals.

In 2008, Daisy relocated to Tokyo, Japan. In Tokyo, she provides counseling to foreign employees as an EAP counselor. Furthermore, Daisy also has experience providing career counseling to Japanese nationals aiming to obtain internship/employment overseas. Daisy passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1, and is certified as an Industrial Counselor in Japan.

Daisy was born in China, and grew up in New York City. She is able to provide counseling in English, Japanese and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Fuzhouese). Her area of expertise includes addiction, multicultural issues, work related stress, and interpersonal difficulties.

蔡瑞美社工/心理辅导员生于中国,成长于美国纽约。她精通英语,日语,中文(普通话,粤语,福州话)。毕业于纽约州立大学的社会工作者的硕士课程。在学中,于精神康复治疗中心,并在纽约华人老人服务中心完成实习。毕业后,工作于纽约市的综合医院精神病科。作为治疗小组的成员,向患者提供了心理辅导及安排适当的医疗善后治疗和社会服务。

2008年,她迁往日本东京。在东京,她为外籍员工提供心理辅导。以及为向往海外实习/工作的日本人士进行职业辅导。她通过了日本语能力测试1级,并取得日本产业心理辅导员的资格。她的专长领域包括依赖症, 异文化问题,工作上的烦恼,以及人际关系的问题等等。她热爱户外活动以及探索瑜伽与禅的世界。

Tumee Bayanbileg

is a Missouri State provisionally licensed clinical therapist(PLPC), holding a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. She completed her internship at APA accredited internship site Robert J Murney Clinic. During her internship she was supervised and trained at DBT(Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT(Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), TF-CBT(Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Sand Tray therapy.

After graduating, she worked at Burrell Behavioral Health as a community support supervisor and an outpatient clinical therapist in which she provided counseling to clients and oversaw child and adolescent community support team.

In 2016, Tumee relocated to Tokyo, Japan, provides counseling to diverse clients. The areas she has experienced and interested in are: Depressive disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders and Trauma and Stress- Related Disorders and Culture bound/specific issues and Adjustment Issues. Tumee is an experienced psycho-education coach for Anger Management and Parenting.

Tumee was born in Mongolia and has studied and worked in Germany, United States and Japan. She provides counseling in Mongolian, Japanese and English. Tumee enjoys reading and working out.
