From December 2015 amendments to Japan’s Safety and Health Act required employers regularly employing 50 workers or more to offer an annual stress check to employees. This will include staff on secondment to overseas offices.
We provide stress check tests in collaboration with HR Data Lab and provide the analysis and in depth feedback to HR department.
In case the stress check is carried out, a maximum fee of ¥500 will be given to each worker . If there are companies who are not recognized about the procedures of stress check and mental health regulations, we offer to support for implementation. To build up workplaces where each individual could work more effectively, we propose suitable organizational solutions for each workplace. Particularly, we execute the organization improvement at workplaces with high turnover ratio through our services.
